Horrendous night

Liked: The location was spot on the breakfast alot of items weren't stocked up and no forks available at time i was down for breakfast ran out of cups
Disliked: Arrived close to midnight after along flight put in a disabled access room bathroom door wouldn't close properly wet room so after shower use by my son floor was flooded wasn't informed about being booked into this type of room which was too hot and entrance to room was lit by an emergency light for use by a disabled person who would need this type of lighting was hard to sleep rang reception at 2am regarding this no answer needed to get dressed and go down to reception in person staff came up to the room stuck a room key card over the light and told to keep door open with a chair at what was getting onto 3am which obviously I refused as totally unsafe tried contacting the hotel as prepaid for hotel room only to be charged again by hotel itself rang no answer plus emailed no reply so will be taking this matter further booked into the hotel as needed a good night sleep travelling with child so we could travel home the next day 107 paid for one of the worst hotel stays
