Very nice hotel and staff...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the staff at reception and servers were very friendly and professional. My room was a decent size, bathroom in good order.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

Top Notch Service

Liked: The staff were amazing. Reece was very helpful and responsive with the initial requests and Claudia gave us a fantastic welcome when we checked in. All the staff we have encountered were very accommodating and always had smiles on their faces which made our short stay very comfortable. I must say that the customer service in this hotel is top notch! You guys are amazing!
Disliked: Noise on the floor we were in.

Friendly staff

Liked: Good selection of breakfast items. Plenty of yes and coffee in room. Good size room and nice and warm.
Disliked: Lack of evening food apart from crisps and chocolate. Evening meals were only microwave items so made do with a panini. Shower glass was very dirty along the edge but I saw a cleaner in the morning and showed her pictures so she could clean.
