Happy to return.

Liked: Modern spacious rooms. Nice open reception and bar area.
Disliked: The bar food was disappointing. Looked like it had been kept warm for a long time and dried out. Breakfast however was very good.

Liked: The outside building looked amazing with the purple lights also like the reception and bar area good painted inside loved the deck chair for photos staff was nice tea coffee room nice touch and safe good towels good tv very big WiFi was great roomTemp was great to
Disliked: Wish had been a bath in rooms . Wish the hand soup worked at sink . Didn’t like bed mattress was to hard for me I ended up with bad back pillows was to big would like one flat one . Breakfast was not great we asked for fry egg got told no and mam wished she had black pudding . Think bagels

Great hotel but breakfast is...

Liked: Hotel is at the quiet end of Blackpool and is always clean and modern. Rooms are always a good size with comfy beds.
Disliked: Breakfast is an absolute nightmare and has got even worse now that they've added the waffle machine. Queues form left and right and people loiter for no good reason. Really like the hotel but the breakfast experience puts me off considerably.
