Disliked: Cleaning in the room was simply not ok. First night I thought it was s miss second night it became a trend and I contacted reception- very friendly staff

Liked: Nice hotel, most staff very good. The 100.00 deposit per room is not mentioned and 2 days after still on hold. Also a issue with drinks payment by card, pending but also saying taking it off the deposit. Pool table not allowed to use 2nd night but fine first night. 15.00 taxi ride from centre, not alot to do with in walk distance of the hotel

Passable

Liked: Nice breakfast buffet. Basic facilities available in the rooms. The rooms are a good size and comfortable.
Disliked: In my previous stay the shower was blocked and in my recent stay the sink was blocked, which I made reception aware of but unfortunately nothing was done about it. Also there was alot of mould behind and around the dispensers in the bathroom. Lastly my tea station wasn't clean either.
