Amazing experience; the staff were lovely and very friendly; the hotel was so clean and looked after well.

Lovely, helpful staff. A clean room and a comfy bed. The breakfast was very nice - we particularly liked the waffle maker and hot chocolate. My sister has recently had a knee replacement so not very mobile but the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only 2 stops on the frequent buses from Symphony Hall for 1 fare. We loved it - thank you!

Disappointing stay

Liked: Close to transport links, buses and tram stop is next door.
Disliked: Wi-fi was not good, connection kept being lost, so I gave up and used my mobile data.My room was not cleaned on the first day, so I had to go and ask for more toilet rolls and put up with overflowing bins. I shared the room with my two teenage children so I needed my room to be cleaned daily. In the middle of the second night, my lights went off twice, not sure why, there were no maintenance people around, nor housekeeping in the evenings.Breakfast was ok, but the choice of cereal was limited to cornflakes and cocoa pops. It would have been nice to have porridge or more high fibre options available. Also the quality of the fruit juice was not great, especially the apple.I met one really nice receptionist, but the others seemed to lack the level of customer service that I am accustomed to finding in UK hotels.

Good hotel not far away...

Liked: Good breakfast. Clean rooms and location okay not too far from the city centre (possible to go by foot).
Disliked: Only one coffee machine was working during breakfast and there was one person doing about 10 coffees for himself. The hotel employees allowed him, but then people behind him could not get their coffees. The rest was totally fine.
