Amazing experience; the staff were lovely and very friendly; the hotel was so clean and looked after well.

Lovely, helpful staff. A clean room and a comfy bed. The breakfast was very nice - we particularly liked the waffle maker and hot chocolate. My sister has recently had a knee replacement so not very mobile but the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only 2 stops on the frequent buses from Symphony Hall for 1 fare. We loved it - thank you!

Liked: The staff were so friendly.Hotel is beautiful! I really enjoyed the welcome text also asking what we thought of the room.
Disliked: I felt like you wasn't in the centre of the jewellery quarter, but that's my own fault for not using google maps to check.

Liked: Check in Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was great value and the facilities within it were very good and it was splotless. We didn't have breakfast but it did look good !
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Exceptional staff but parking a...

Liked: The staff are fabulous and cannot do enough to help. The beds are heavenly and the shower is perfect. Clean rooms and great sizes.
Disliked: The only downside is the parking. Had to park 5 mins drive away for £50 and get an uber back so I didn't walk late at night on my own. If this hotel had a car park I would stay regularly. Location a little scary at night.
