Liked: Highly recommend. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Uber Arena where we were seeing a show and right by the East Side Gallery. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and beds were comfy. Staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Disliked: The rooms and corridors were very narrow,Especially in the rooms two people at the same time could not move.There was no space for suitcases and the wardrobe was very small. The internet was relatively slow.During our two days of stay, room service was not provided.
