Very good

Liked: Room was okay for short stay. The location is the Best feature, close to Ost bahnhof and the Uber arena. If you arrive sooner than check in - they will store your luggage for you at the reception.As for breakfast - there was a lot to choose from, fruits and vegetables as well as many vegetarian foods. And also enough place to sit down on the rush hour.

Didn’t fell welcome this time.

Liked: Location and breakfast buffet.
Disliked: I’ve been staying in this hotel for over 3 years and for the first time I didn’t enjoy it because of one staff member at the reception. Her name is Frida and I won’t be coming back as I don’t feel welcome. She is very selective on who she wants to be nice to and when I came for my check out, she saw me and left the reception for the other girl to do it. SO, I WILL CHANGE for the other hotels near by.

Liked: Location is great - close to U+S bahn station. The city center (e.g. Alexander Platz) can be reached with any of u-bahn, s-bahn or bus just in 15 minutes. Berlin Wall and East Side Galery is seen from the hotel window. Breakfast is good - cheese, sausages, butter, bread, cereals, pancakes (not every day though) with honey and jam, yogurt, fruits, boiled eggs (not every day), some warm dishes like backed potato and omelet... Coffee machine and juice machine.
Disliked: No central heating - only the air conditioning system that can be used for heating.Room is quite small for two persons. No minibar/refrigerator.

Fantastic weekend with full agenda

Liked: The hotel is at a convenient location. It is close to the east side gallery and also the Uber arena. I could easily venture to other areas in 15-20 mins by walk or taking a cab. The room is clean and the hotel provides good breakfast
