Price and performance was not...

Liked: Location is good. It is great you have HoponHopoff stand in the hotel. We thank its female personel-Elli- very much. She was very helpful.
Disliked: Bed and pillow quality and hygien was terrible. Pillows smell very bad and they must be dry cleaned immediatly.

Very poor

Liked: Only one of the staff members, breakfast and location.
Disliked: i was already in berlin by 13:30 and we wanted to check in by 14;00 - 14:30.. we called and asked the staff and they said they can only tell once we reach but whats the point to reach if they say no at the end. which is very well expected from there staff as i have stayed 3 times here and from last two times the staff has been very unaccomodating. The toilet was so dirty and walls not cleaned at all. carpets look disguising too. Beds are so bad, cant sleep properly.
