Liked: Great location and breakfast went down well with the kids big and small. Friendly lobby area for family's with plenty of board games.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready on arrival and took a few asks to get things sorted.

Liked: Loved the location, breakfast , amenities and the house keeping staff.
Disliked: The check-in and check-out experiences fell short of expectations. While there was nothing overtly negative, the warmth and hospitality typically associated with Hilton were noticeably absent. A simple smile could have made a significant difference, but unfortunately, that personal touch was lacking.
