Very good

Liked: the lunch/dinner food was good. Hot breakfast option were mediocre
Disliked: the beds are extremely uncomfortable

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything the staff were rude. The bedroom was unclean the toilet had faeces in it which we have images of. Were asked to leave for vaping when we were told me could vape in room.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Liked that it was early (6am) and great selection of foods.
Disliked: Room very cold and wasn't able to raise heat, reported to staff at which point temp control started working but only intermittently.

Fabulous Hotel - Would Definitely...

Liked: The hotel is situated in an ideal place that you are within easy walking distance to everything, but approximately 5 minutes from the very centre.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really lovely welcome.
Disliked: Just a personal one, would have loved to see more gluten free options on the afternoon menu.I'm sure if I had asked for something special they would have obliged, but only staying two nights, I could manage with options they had.No complaints at this hotel in general at all.
