Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all made us feel so welcome. Very comfortable beds and very quiet in terms of not hearing noise from neighbouring rooms. Perfect location.
Disliked: A few stains on the carpet in the room. Fingerprints on and around the lift buttons always evident.

Liked: That it is close to train and bus station an walking distance to centre of city. It has good security and has 24 hrs service if anything was wrong we knew there'd be someone there to help staff friendly and helpful which was brilliant

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance from the bus and train station and the town. Comfortable beb and fabulous shower!We had a pizza and salad on our last night. It took a while but was absolutely delicious!

Liked: The location is great, easy to get everywhere by foot or a short drive, the room was a good size, and the staff were mostly very friendly and happy to help.
Disliked: We booked a family room for 4 people, and even though we confirmed it multiple times during the check-in process, the room was prepared for 3, and when we went to talk to reception not only did the staff member not apologise, he actually blamed us for not understanding how "things work".The room itself was ok, but not for the price we paid (for example not enough tissue paper, very cheap toilet paper, etc.) and the same with the breakfast - it was ok.
