Amazing value for a great...

Liked: Welcoming staff and really nice entrance. I specifically asked for a quiet room if possible which was provided (thank you). The room was a nice size, very clean, bed was comfortable and the layout was really good. Location was amazing. The room was also really quiet in the night for a good night sleep. Breakfast was buffet style, really good selection and we enjoyed it. Certainly set us up for the day :)
Disliked: I had a little trouble getting the room to a good temp in the night with the air con, but this could just be me and wouldn’t be a deal breaker.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

Liked: It was in a good central location. The room was clean and well presented with Art on the wall. A very good hot rain shower The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The staff were helpful.
Disliked: There was food available in the evening but there were only two choices neither of which we could eat.

Excellent area to stay in...

Liked: Excellent area to stay in and walk around Bath. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were phenomenal in giving suggestions on things to see or where to eat. Ending up at one of the suggestions for dinner and we loved it!
Disliked: Parking and walking to the place is a hassle (especially in the rain) and having to pay to park. We did have a broken part of our bed that we were told to just leave. While I can understand it, for the price we paid, I did expect a bit more service to either them removing it or changing our room since it happened right when we checked in

Liked: Amazing location! The room was clean and spacious, perfecf quality for our money.
Disliked: The breakfast was delicious but could be more diverse. Eggs get pretty bording after the 3rd morning.
