Great location, comfortable clean rooms.

Liked: Very central location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast had great selection of quality items.Room was clean, quiet, bedding and towels were great quality.
Disliked: Nothing! A couple of things that would improve the bathroom: a toilet brush, bigger hooks for the lovely towels and lubrication for the squeaky shower door!!!

Super friendly hotel

Liked: A lovely hotel in a great location for the centre and the tour bus. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice. The meals on an evening are well cooked with a good choice.
Disliked: Nothing.

A gem in the heart...

Liked: A gem in the heart of Bath! This modern hotel offers excellent service, high-tech, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming staff. The spacious lobby features a convenient bar with reasonable prices, while the well-designed breakfast buffet ensures a great selection and quality for large groups. Our stay was incredibly restful—quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic shower. The large, high-quality 50-inch TV was a bonus. Just a stone’s throw from the town center, it’s perfect for soaking in the spirit of Bath. Highly recommended—we’ll be back!
Disliked: Limited bar, no table service, no parking

My bestie’s 70th treat an...

Liked: Breakfast choices were excellent. Room was large and comfortable
Disliked: Reception staff could be more customer friendly, I queried why £5 was taken on my card and got a rather curt response and was told I should have read the booking form. Which maybe I should have and held up the queue of people waiting to check in

Handily placed hotel for sight...

Liked: Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Nice and clean with coffee and tea facilities in the room as well as a small fridge.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything about our stay
