Liked: Very clean. Good breakfast.
Disliked: We had to pay in advance. They then take £50 deposit but my credit card shows a full charge which 24 hours after leaving hasn’t been rectified. Our third bed wasn’t made on arrival. We had to ask for towels for three people twice.

Cold room
Liked: The breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I usually stay at this hotel when visiting, but unfortunately, this time around, I was very disappointed. The room allocated to me was freezing cold, and there were no instructions on how to operate the heating system. It took a long time for the reception desk to answer my call to query how to operate the heating system and to state how cold the room was. Also when I arrived at the front desk, I did not feel a warm greeting from the male staff member on duty; it was just a quick sign-in and deposit collection, leaving me with a very cold impression overall.
