Xmas return

Liked: our return leg after visiting Amiens Xmas market. A bit more time on hand, evening meal and a beer, decent quality and friendly staff. Breakfast the following morning was more relaxed than our previous stay, and what a lovely man Albert the chef is, nice and chatty and also saying that all staff were helpful.
Disliked: Nothing much to dislike, but personally the pillows were a little hard and shapeless..

Liked: NIce hotel, clean and modern.
Disliked: Staff upon check could do with some assistance in being courteous. Neither polite or forthcoming. Same upon check out....the lady wasn't nice at all.

Nearly perfect

Liked: Breakfast was good the chef Albert always came out for a chat & to make sure you have everything you need!Only downside the room was freezing when we arrived and the cleaner kept turning the heating down when cleaning the room so didn’t feel that warm Hotel spotless very clean
