Liked: Location close to central train station which is very convenient for business purpose. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet flush didn't work properly, after changing the room, the shower and hand basin drainages didn't drain properly. Water quickly accumulated. Also, towels are beyond its glorious days as they are grey, yellowish.

Liked: Although I do not speak English well, they communicated smoothly with Google Translate.It was nice that they were kind enough to offer candy to my child.The hotel is right in front of Antwerp Central Station, so transportation was smooth.The surrounding area was also convenient with many restaurants and stores.
