Liked: It was peaceful and the room itself was great.
Disliked: Bathroom didnt have a hair blow dryer, no bath mats available. And towels didnt smell alright.

Liked: Great location. 5min walk down the hill to the Main Street. Beds were comfortable, great bathrooms.
Disliked: WiFi only worked for 5mins. TV had no connection to live TV and couldn’t connect to internet for shows etc.

Liked: Our family of five stayed a totally of 4 nights in the family unit on the top row. Great layout and amenities. Walking distance to Gondola entry and Main Street. Staff warm and helpful- giving milk on arrival too for a little cuppa. Will definitely book again!

Liked: The location of our room was great, right near the Gondola and King Pin. As our room was quite big and it had a small kitchenette, we would have loved to have had a microwave, plates and cutlery. Other than that our room was comfortable and the balcony nice to sit out on. You didn’t get a view of the lake but it was nice though

Liked: Not being there longer, it’s such a prime location it’s not even funny, the perfect home base for your Queenstown travels
