Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Very good

Liked: Very comfy, large bed. Nice toiletries, towels and decent shower. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No wardrobe or hanging space for clothes and no complimentary water in rooms.

A delightful place to stay!

Liked: Super friendly gentlemen at the front desk when we arrived. I travelled with my 13 year old to see a hockey game and they engaged him in conversation about his hockey playing. Clean and comfortable and very centrally located. We had a delicious meal at the on site Via Sophia which came with wonderful service.
Disliked: All good.
