Excellent Hotel

Liked: Great location and very close to famous places. Comfortable and clean rooms.Special thanks to Mr. Mark, he was very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay in Hamburg!

Liked: Great stay, very convenient hotel location, with parking next to it. Very polite staff, very good breakfast, excellent restaurant "Cast Iron Grill", we ate there twice!

Liked: Location is great. One evening Reception called the room to see if they could do anything for us, it was a pleasent surprise.
Disliked: Queue for breakfast on first morning & the same day 3.1.25 the staff cleared our table of coffee, juice etc while we were at the breakfast buffet. Sweet wrapper under foldout bed from previous guest.

Exceptional

Liked: Good breakfast, something for everyone. Access to the executive lounge was really great. It cost extra, but it added a lot of value for us. The children enjoyed to pool. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

We had a wonderful Christmas...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, varied selection and good quality.Location was perfect, nice surroundings and easy access to the centre.Staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed using the pool and sauna.
Disliked: Not being able to access the TV was a little disappointing. Christmas and Boxing day was when this was the most inconvenient as we were in the hotel for most of the day. It would have been nice to have been able to access movies as a family during these moments. The English channels were news channels and comedy weren't ideal. We couldn't even add English subtitles. This didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely return. However, I do feel having Netflix or access to movie channels would be useful for evening times and those times where families choose to relax before or after going out.
