Best hotel we have stayed...

Liked: A fantastic hotel with an exceptional team of staff.
Disliked: I think you should consider putting a coffee machine in the room as it was frustrating have to call room service.

Good

Liked: Lovely furnishings, comfy room and bed and Linen, well appointed bathroomMost of the staff were great, especially the doorman and the front desk staff
Disliked: The breakfast staff seemed a little short tempered. Not all of them but one in particular, who also got our order wrong. We felt like we were a nuisance to her. The bar and restaurant were "ok"...but that's it.

Disliked: Unfortunately, there's a lot of outside noise so it was difficult to get to sleep until after 2 am. I understand that because of the location, in future, I will try to request a higher level floor as I was only on level two

Disliked: I cannot think of one negative thing to say

Disliked: The price is a little on the high side when comparing with the sister soho hotel a few blocks away
