Liked: I liked the central location, spacious rooms and great choice for breakfast. 2nd visit and would return again for sure.
Disliked: The buger I had via room service on the night I arrived was a little dry

Fabulous stay, modern decoration, great...

Liked: Good breakfast included, full english or continental, nice dining room. We stayed in 201 a large room overlooking the bay. Great shower, huge bed, free treats in the minibar, friendly staff, close to ferry terminal, Manx museum and main shopping.
Disliked: Car park behind the hotel, is a little confusing at first. Exit is up on level 7, Parking is free from 6pm to 8am. Local street parking is available with a disc from the tourist info by the ferry terminal.

Perfect place to stay

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so kind and looked after every request we had. The location is perfect in the middle of the promenade with everything in close proximity. The room was spotless and very well catered. Will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in the Isle of Man.

Liked: Refurbished to an amazing standard and the rooms are a really good size. The staff were extremely professional and there was nothing they couldn’t do! Always willing to make the stay even better.
