This place is shit stay...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Unmanned Reception. Extremely old property super uncomfortable bed with stains on the duvet. Every time the neighbouring units use their water, you would hear it through the wall and it was loud.

Liked: The location, staff, cooking equipment and stove top were really good. Very thankful that I was able to check earlier again awesome staff.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was grubby shower was dirty. Basin was stained.

Room was OK - service...

Liked: Room was as expected for the price
Disliked: Checkin was appalling - simply no-one there. Instructions were sent by email less than an hour before I had said i would be checking in. People getting accomodation are almost always travelling. Expecting them to be checking their emails every hour (especially when there is no indication previously that that is the process) is stupid. At least send a text! Had to help a poor distressed British checkin as he had exactly the same experience but couldn't figure it out.
