Roof was leaking Felt sorry for the cleaner Front door just gets left unlockedBalcony door on our room you full had to slam to shutAsked for q extra pillow cause you only get 1 got told no Was there 4days asked for clean sheets an that was nearly a no Just crusty musty dusty. Liked: Central location. Kind staff. Easy access. Comfortable bed. Free WiFi. Bathroom and mini fridge in room with kettle, free tea, milk, sugar and coffee. Towels and garbage regularly cleaned. They kept the hotel accessible for shift workers.
Disliked: The rooms were just very very outdated. The beds were nice, but apart from that, the rooms looked like they hadn’t been updated in thirty years at least and not in a good way. Carpets were thin. Bathroom facilities were old although they worked. Also, they charged extra for car parking even for guests. 15 dollars a day per car, 10 dollars a day for a motorcycle, every day, even just for one vehicle. I could understand charging that much for additional vehicles or large vehicles or charging a nominal fee for parking like 20 dollars a week, but 10-15 dollars per room per day on top of the room rate for one vehicle felt excessive.
