Not for Healthy eaters amd...

Disliked: The rooms had no fridge or even water for the kettle. The bath rub was extremely small. The breakfast was awful with minimum choice. Nothing healthy apart from tomatoes. Not even sourdough bread. Only catered for pork eaters. I only had tinned grapefruit with an overbooked egg for one morning and never had a breakfast again. The pool was extremely small (nothing like you see on the photo) and stunk of too much chlorine. I checked out one day early only to be told that I did not say I want a refund when I informed the reception that I am checking out early.

Very good

Liked: Some of the staff very pleasant. The hotel situated in a good place. easy to walk to the beach an town. I enjoyed the spa facilities. never too busy.. Overall my stay was very good.
Disliked: I don't know y but I was moved from the room that was allocated to me on arrival to another room. I was charged for 7 nights parking instead of 6. The room I was given was very noisy in the morning. voices from outside the window.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much, we had just come from.Carlyon Bay Cornwall 4 Star amazing hotel. Staff in Spa very cheerful and polite.
Disliked: Staff at Reception poor understanding of English or chose not to understand. Pretty miserable to be honest.Room 91 on 3rd floor and then up a flight of narrow stairs. No assistance with luggage from car park, doors nearest to car park closed. Bed springs on mattress poor. Breakfast was okay but very basic. Room certainly not Deluxe!

Pleasant

Liked: The bar was nice and the meal was great. The waiter was really lovely and helpful.
Disliked: The spa was VERY crowded and the swimming pool had kids jumping in and out...... not relaxing.
