Liked: Checking in was very good , arrived early room was not ready till 3pm but was told we could leave the car in car park just register number plate and your good to do as you please , the staff were all very friendly and always talked to you , as a couple we would like to thank you all as for the manager you have a great team you must be proud of them all well done to the manager and all the staff
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about this hotel it is just fab

Liked: Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good.
Disliked: Our room was a tiny bit noisy at night,I think we were near heating equipment. To be fair, if we'd have felt strongly,we would have requested a change recommend the hotel. Staff excellent

Convenient accomodation, nice stay but...

Liked: Good location, close to lovely beach and shopping area, restaurants and coffee shop. Spacious rooms, pleasant dining facilities. Nice breakfast and variety of foods.
Disliked: Poor quality of bathrooms. Broken shower fixtures, almost non-existant water flow from shower- in fact just a dribble. Very uneven floor. Dated, worn-out and limited gym equipment. Swimming pool, too deep for smaller children. Leidure facilities generally appear worn out and in need of investment.
