Great location, hotel has potential...

Liked: The property is very well situated in a great location
Disliked: The property needs better maintaining and the first room we had was not clean. The staff are lovely but it lacks proper management and the breakfast area was a complete mess, probably due to lack of staff. It’s such a shame because this hotel could be great if properly ran.

Exceptional

Liked: Absolutely beautiful place and the staff were amazing, especially Claire and Charlotte. Very good breakfast too. Overall 10/10. Love Ghazala ☺️

Liked: Pretty location!
Disliked: The room was tiny! No room to sit! No water bottles for guests. Quite expensive for a room size of a cupboard! Got a glass of Prosecco.. apparently 125ml in a glass is £7!!! Gulp! We were not informed of a wedding the next day as was staying two nights. Cancelled second night and went to the Raddison blu in Durham! Much better!

Great stay, would recommend!

Liked: The staff were super attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. I definitely would recommend a stay here.
Disliked: The shower is a little small.
