Disliked: I paid the fee including breakfast. However, when leaving the hotel, they stated that the breakfast fee was paid differently. I paid different fees. Booking com information was misleading and not accurate.The hotel reception and breakfast service staff were not friendly and did not do their jobs with love. The negative attitudes of the employees in this type of facility were not pleasing at all.There was no black tea for two days at breakfast. For the last two days they could only give erlygrey. They had plenty of fruity and flavored teas.I would just like to thank Mario at breakfast service. He actually runs things seriously.

Beautiful hotel but beware hidden...

Liked: I LOVE this hotel. It is super close to the places I am usually in town for so I park my car and just walk. It is clean, comfortable and beautiful.
Disliked: They have now decided to randomly start adding fees. I always prepay my bookings to avoid such charges but they insist that the “resort or destination” fee is new and wasn’t included. So they’ve gone ahead and charged me for that twice. The manager told me that it is on their website but wouldn’t acknowledge that I had already prepaid this stay. Very frustrating.
