Beautiful hotel but beware hidden...

Liked: I LOVE this hotel. It is super close to the places I am usually in town for so I park my car and just walk. It is clean, comfortable and beautiful.
Disliked: They have now decided to randomly start adding fees. I always prepay my bookings to avoid such charges but they insist that the “resort or destination” fee is new and wasn’t included. So they’ve gone ahead and charged me for that twice. The manager told me that it is on their website but wouldn’t acknowledge that I had already prepaid this stay. Very frustrating.

Liked: The hotel is stunning from the reception to the rooms, this shouts luxury! The makeup room was my favourite and the view from my room was amazing. The staff were friendly and Christine the Waiter who delivered my breakfast was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my stay.

Liked: Artsy and nice hotel in a chic neighborhood.
Disliked: A continuous noise blowing day and night over the bed, coming from some air ventilation system, even when turned off. We were told it does not stop and refreshes the air within the hotel 24/7. Pretty awkward. Blinds got stuck on the second day and on the third day one was falling, so we got a discount after informing reception, which was ok.
