Disliked: They tried to rip us off at the end and still waiting for reimbursement They tried to add a destination charge which when questioned they explained was for the complimentary wifi, bikes, coffee in room and courtesy carI challenged this saying I had not used any of those things and didn’t even know that the courtesy car existedLeft a bad taste in mouth which was a shame as apart from that stay had been good
