Liked: Rooms were perfect for what we wanted and needed

Disliked: The room was very hot when we arrived and had to turn radiators off

Superb

Liked: Very pleasantly surprised by our family room. Nice size, split over 2 floors, beds were comfortable, lovely shower, and it had French doors out to a small decked area. Fantastic! The quality of the breakfast was superb, and plenty of choice too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We hadn't checked in as expected on our day of arrival, and we received a telephone call to check if we would need any food as it was late evening. Exceptional service, thank you. We visit family in Yeovil regularly, and will definitely stay here again in future.
