Disliked: There is a smell of mold in the rooms. The interior is beautiful but in need of renovation. The SPA area also requires renovation. Noise from other rooms is very noticeable.

Liked: The breakfasts at this hotel were excellent — tasty, varied, and well-organized. The kitchen staff worked hard to accommodate everyone, even during busy times.
Disliked: 1) A major issue with our check-in. On the second day, our room was suddenly reassigned to other guests. Imagine this: it’s 10:45 PM, you’ve just gotten out of the shower, and strangers walk into your room! After a trip to the front desk, it turned out there was a mix-up. They initially assigned us the wrong room, and the room we were staying in was marked as vacant in their system. It took 20 minutes to sort it out, and we stayed in the room, but the experience was stressful. The administration offered only a weak apology, and I spent two hours calming my wife down.2) During our four-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming a certain level of service.
