Built in 1834 this unique and elegant hotel is located in the heart of Hobart's CBD (Central Business District). Hadley's Orient Hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from Constitution Dock and the Salamanca Markets. The heritage-listed Hadley's Orient Hotel is the oldest continuously operating boutique hotel in Tasmania. It features an atrium-style restaurant and bar and caters to different types of events such as conferences and banquets. The classic guestrooms have been fully restored and offer a TV tea/coffee making facilities and an private bathroom with bathtub. Elizabeth St Mall Royal Hobart Hospital and Hobart Museum are all within 1312 feet of the hotel. Hadley's Hotel is 20 minutes' drive from Hobart Airport. Highly recommended and would definitely...

Liked: Staff are welcoming and friendly and our room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and towels are fluffy and I loved the quality toiletries by Appelles. The bed is very comfy. The hotel lounge/bar area is a great space to relax. The hotel is in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants and Constitution Dock and just around the corner from the bus stop for the Airport Skybus. Checkout is 11am!
Disliked: Nothing!

Enjoyable stay in a beautiful...

Liked: The property reminds me of an old UK stately home. Oozing with history and character. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.
Disliked: The property has a beautiful restaurant, however it is only open from Wednesday to Saturday. Even on the days it is open the menu is sparse. Bar snacks only available.

Great location, poor amenities.

Liked: Great location…..but.
Disliked: The beds are very old and sink in the middle and they’re only doubles.The tvs are so old they have burn marks in them, they don’t have any connectivity to your phone for Netflix etc. you have no choice but to watch commercial television.
