Fantastically Welcoming!

Liked: We managed to get a last minute room here after having an unpleasant experience at another hotel nearby. The room was large and very clean, bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was extremely well equipped (jacuzzi bath with a TV). The decor is very classical which we liked, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also great, couldn't really fault anything.The location is right in town, 20 minute walk from the Palmers Brewery tour, 5 minute walk to the beach and town.Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The breakfast menu was wide ranging. Yhe chosen meals were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambience was lovely. Nice big car park. Very close to the heart of West Bay.The jacuzzi bath is a wonderful experience!
Disliked: There is no lift. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
