Disliked: Disliked · The rate-facilities ratio is low. Although is located in a beatiful well restored house it don't have the seevice You exoect in this type of facilites that classifies as a 5 Star. No comunication with staff. Although the rooms were paíd in advance we we're trested as if we won't have how to pay. Nobody tolld us that our room don't have air conditioner becuse some government regulation abour Historic sites. I, m an archaowlogist so I apoove that. They sent us alone to the room. When My son así sbour the air they tokd him to look in the closet. When he ask for help to use the fan , he was the one that need to full the tank and look for instructions. In a 5 Star we only we're provided with 2 small water bottles. The first two days we spend in the city we stay at a 5 Star with Infinity water, coffee, concierge etc enven a pyranid under the dining roomMy son get suck and I ask for help to get the medication fron the pharmacy. They made a call and said they can't help us. They told me to get a taxi or walk to the pharmacy. I need to call a friend.the next day I ask for a doctor. Told them My son was sick n the room. Go to the university and when I get back no dr visit him . Then they ask for one. And again they said they can't help with the medication a. Although it was raining so hard when I get out the entrance was flloded and need to walk to the next entrance to get into the Uber. Nobody offer a taxi. Don't offer doctor and I'm still waiting the receipt.At no time nobody ask for My son. When we ask for ice to freeze the electrilolyte beverage the doctor prescribed they said they get out of ice and that he need to wait until the next day.When we Star at a 5 Star , beside the facility what we expect is a 5 Star service. In this place the servive is missing. But in this particular case we expect the empathy, adding that I'm hándicap.

The hotel try very hard...

Liked: The aesthetic is very pleasant. A bit difficult to find the place for the first time, and took a while to pass security, which may be an inconvenience when it rains.
Disliked: Rooms are very dark, even when all the lights on. All TV channels are in Spanish only, not a single in English, even though the whole “experience” aims the dollar paying public. The day we arrived we ordered room service from a very limited menu. Very poor selection of drinks , only alcoholic or juice. Dollar currency is the most, although all the charges are in Mexican pesos at the end.
