It wasn't the greatest

Liked: The bathroom was clean but the room smelt weird and had ant traps
Disliked: The room tv wouldn't stay on it kept glitching

Liked: Great value. The owners are helpful and friendly.
Disliked: They charge extra for using a credit card. This amount to about three dollars more than the amount quoted on booking.com even though I made the reservation with a credit card. I would definitely stay here again. I just don’t like being nickeled and dimed.

For the price we were...

Liked: This is not a fancy Motel and does not offer any extras. It is basic and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but adequate for one night and inexpensive which was just what we needed that night, no fancy things just a bed and toilet/shower. The room had a small coffee maker, a refrigerator and a microwave that all worked.
Disliked: I could not get the TV to work but that was likely my problem.

Liked: Easy to find, on the main road and yet relatively quiet, parked right in front of my room, single story, mismatched furniture and everything was very clean.
Disliked: I didn't see any guidance to find good coffee or breakfast. The bathroom window didn't lock and it opened out on to a side street so I felt a little vulnerable leaving it just a little open.

Good clean room and bathroom.

Liked: The room was clean and the bathroom was large as was the shower. Fridge had a large freezer. Adequate in room coffee.
Disliked: Had to fix the plug to the lights next to the bed. It had been mashed between the wall and the bed and the lights weren't working until I straightened out the plug.

Terrible night's sleep. No hot...

Liked: The coffee pot worked. Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The room had all the windows (3) open when we arrived, so we tried to find the heater the room. The owner/manager couldn't find the heater and said he hadn't turned on the heat in the rooms for the season. There was no heater. The owner/manager had to bring us a tiny space heater that was loud and we couldn't sleep. Also, there was no hot water. We left the facet running 5 minutes and it never got hot. Up early and left at 7am.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel was as expected, not fancy but clean and comfortable. The host/owner was really the highlight, very friendly and welcoming as well as helpful giving restaurant info.
