Disappointing

Liked: I liked the landscape design.
Disliked: We were met disgustingly at the reception - Alexander, who worked at the reception, placed us in a room that cost significantly less than the one we had paid for, citing the lack of rooms of a different category. No one apologized to us. I do not recommend visiting this resort. I didn't like the breakfast at all - I couldn't order an espresso because the coffee machine wasn't working, the menu was poor.

OK Not worth the price.

Liked: Having restaurants on location. Room was clean except for the patio.
Disliked: Patio had zero view, unless you like to see over grown bushes. Patio was also not very clean. Thought the staff was OK, but sort of robotic in interacting with you. Not all staff. We did meet up with a host at the restaurant that gave us a fantastic tip for grocery shopping in the area. Good person with a genuine personality.

Liked: Gorgeous property with views of the mountains. There are so many spots throughout the property to relax and enjoy the views including three pools. I love the sculptures/art on all the paths.
Disliked: No complaints

Lovely location, but definitely could...

Liked: Enjoyed the wonderful live music in the Terrace restaurant! Particularly liked the Flamenco music.
Disliked: Slow internet.

Liked: Such a beautiful property with pristine desert landscaping and incredible views of the Catalina mountains. Very nice amenities and wonderful service. The location is close to many trails, stores, and restaurants.
