Quiet, safe, comfy!

Liked: Fully enjoyed the room and the restaurants. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I loved that comfortable feel that was styled with a southwest elegance. I will be back.

Beautiful prooerty with a lovely...

Liked: The property is beautiful decorated with interesting detail throughout. The property has a joyous and lively vibe. The rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully done with lots of space for two people. The floors in the room are beautiful and the rooms nicely decorated in the local flavor.
Disliked: Nothing.

Somewhat disappointed

Liked: My wife and I stayed for 5 nights from March 29th to April 3rd.The hotel and its facilities are beautiful and well-maintained.However, there were two issues that were very unpleasant.Upon arrival, we requested a room change because, although the room was quite nice, we were not happy with the location. We even mentioned that we were willing to change the room type for a lower category or pay for a higher category. The reservations manager was completely inflexible, arguing that the hotel was full, which was not true as I was able to verify on various platforms and on the hotel's website that they did have rooms available. Manager Ryan did not even want to address our request.On the other hand, we went to dinner at the Grill restaurant in the hotel, which was quite disappointing. I ordered an Ossobuco that I had to return because the meat was dry and tough.It's a shame that details like these can negatively influence the perception of the hotel's quality.

A beautiful location that is...

Liked: Very relaxed atmosphere. The resort was fully booked during our stay, but it didn’t feel like it. There was plenty of room to walk, park, sit (three pools help spread people out!) and the landscaping is beautiful. A very quiet place. And the sleep was great.

Great but expensive resort!

Liked: Wonderful.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned as well as it should have been. During a week stay it was skipped for cleaning once.

Pleasant stay in lovely historic...

Liked: Spa is very small to be considered a spa. Very few amenities available. As they add on, it will improve.

Liked: Huge room and bathroom. Nice patio with mountain view. Beautiful grounds. Very attentive staff. Hope to visit again!
