Absolutely disappointing. Paid much money...
Liked: Absolutely nothing except the bathroom was ok.
Disliked: The main restaurant was not open to guests in the hotel. The main bar was not open. This was not indicated when booking. The breakfast was cold. No fresh towels were given. No dirty glasses were removed from the room after use by cleaning staff.

Recommended for a business trip...
Liked: Tidy and very comfortable for a business trip. Very close to Munich Messe - only 1 metro station away with the U-Bahn. Breakfast was excellent.

Frustrating front desk operation spoilt...
Liked: The facilities for a group training were very good and the catering excellent. Special thanks to Adrian in the bar for being friendly and welcoming when the front desk didn't care about the stress they were causing.
Disliked: The front desk staff were completely incapable of using their system. My booking was originally made through a third party (not Booking.com) and when this got altered the whole booking disappeared and I was told on arrival they could not check me in or rebook at the desk. The staff refused to call the manager to have a look at the problem, telling me to go and find him in his office So then I used Booking.com, checked in and all was ok. However after 2 nights the hotel altered my rate to match the rest of the group and charged my private card, despite me having asked them not to. When I came to check-out it took a while for them to be able to refund one card and charge the other. I wasted a lot of time standing at Reception on this trip and witnessed some of my colleagues with similar issues.
