Incompetent staff, behavior like in...
Disliked: I made booking for two room with connected door. On the check in we got two rooms with two entry cards and connected door what we ordered and paid. We left the hotel and after few hours if we came back from business meeting was one of the room locked and the connecting door between rooms too. My colleague asked the reception desk what is wrong and they told, that we don ´t booked two rooms, but only one (even on the check in was everything right) and from this reason they moved personal belongings to storage and locked the room. Yes without any call, any email, they did not wait for few hours, simply they will unlock your room and take your things away without you.We had to proof the reservation confirmation from booking.com and payment confirmation via booking.com, they agree that we are right. They gave to my colleague back second entry card and show him his belongings in storage, which he had to move himself back to the room.I wrote via customer service message and explain this compaint but nobody from the hotel answered me. No responce no apology. In case apology I would not have to write this review. They make a mistake and don't try to correct it. I stayed in this hotel many time in past years, and I must say, that the level is falling down.

Absolutely disappointing. Paid much money...
Liked: Absolutely nothing except the bathroom was ok.
Disliked: The main restaurant was not open to guests in the hotel. The main bar was not open. This was not indicated when booking. The breakfast was cold. No fresh towels were given. No dirty glasses were removed from the room after use by cleaning staff.
