Great hotel, cool football theme...

Liked: Very cool hotel, particular for football fans! Very modern and futuristic almost! Buttons for everything! Shower was very cool - couldn’t find it to start with
Disliked: The air con WOULD NOT cool the room down! And you couldn’t turn it off, so was whirring all night.

Liked: Excellent location and lovely themed rooms

Good

Liked: Interesting setting, especially if you are a little interested in football. Large Borussia Mönchengladbach giftshop and museum. Good breakfast and access to EV charger.
Disliked: A bit tricky to find the hotel as access road was not clearly signed, and did not match the guidance provided by booking.com. The heating, blinds etc.was controlled by same electronic device, it was complicated, not intuitive and buttons worn - had to be pressed several times before responding. Never succeeded turning down the heat.

Liked: The staff perform professionally according to the guests' needs and expectations. The breakfast is good quality and delicious. The location of the hotel is interesting with the stadium and the shops nearby.
