Good

Liked: Interesting setting, especially if you are a little interested in football. Large Borussia Mönchengladbach giftshop and museum. Good breakfast and access to EV charger.
Disliked: A bit tricky to find the hotel as access road was not clearly signed, and did not match the guidance provided by booking.com. The heating, blinds etc.was controlled by same electronic device, it was complicated, not intuitive and buttons worn - had to be pressed several times before responding. Never succeeded turning down the heat.

Superb

Liked: The staff perform professionally according to the guests' needs and expectations. The breakfast is good quality and delicious. The location of the hotel is interesting with the stadium and the shops nearby.

Liked: Staff really helpful, room layout was great. Liked having a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Great motion sensor night light.

Very good

Liked: Clean hotel, good for short business trip
Disliked: Interconnected rooms are horrible for noise isolation. You can hear very clearly the next room and it means you will wake up very early in the morning.
