Good

Liked: Check-in and check-out were fast. The hotel is well-located, not too far from the center.
Disliked: The rooms were cold. A hair dryer needs to be requested at the reception. The toilet/shower room is not heated. The hotel is probably suitable for the warm season, but not for the cold. Parking is nearby, but the entrance is really narrow.

Funky place, with some issues...

Liked: Staff were lovely and the location was fantastic very funky place to stay.
Disliked: Confusing communication .. we were driving in, and had asked a couple of times if we needed to book a car park space (as they were limited) but told it was first come first served, then upon arrival was asked if we had booked one? And were told we were lucky there was a space. Were also told to head to the bar for a welcome drink and snack, but then charged for drinks? Very confusing. Finally the shower felt dangerous! No grip and nearly fell over a couple of times, also missing a shower curtain on one side. Also, no hairdryer you had to ask for it at reception.

Liked: The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options. However, the rooms were very small, making it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of tasty options to start the day. Despite the limited room size, the friendly staff and the overall convenience of the location made our stay enjoyable.

Great ambiance in the middle...

Liked: Great location, ideal to explore the city. Professional staff. Lovely to be on the water. We had a room with a terrace and that makes the experience even better! The hotel has a really nice vibe, not just some chain hotel with cookie cutter feel but it stands on it's own, more unique. Room has a good size, as does the shower. WIFI is good, enough sockets to charge what ever you want. We did not have breakfast so I would not know, we decided to check out De Markthallen and eat there. It's open from 10:00 AM and have a lot of different choices. The hotel has a bar and terrace outside which is very nicely decorated. In the room, coffee, tea and glasses are in the closet, I saw in previous reviews that people couldn't find it. Parking is close by but public but very easily found and just a 2 minute walk. Overall a very good stay and would stay again!
Disliked: Not really negatives. It is stated very clearly what is in the room and what is not, check before you book. Yes, I would have liked to have an fridge/minibar but I knew when booking it was not there. Yes, I have stayed in hotels with better beds but they are comfortable and clean. Yes, it can be noisy but not too much and remember, you are on a boat in the centre of the city of Rotterdam. This is not a 5 star hotel but a very good 3 star with pleasant staff, enough amenities, nice rooms and a great ambiance. Hard to go wrong on this one!

Liked: Gteat Location, smiley and helpful staff. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before and after our stay. Great consept. Cosy bar and restaurant.
Disliked: The room in which we stayed didn't have an opening window.As it was in the lower deck, if we wanted to have a cigarette or just some fresh air, we had to get dressed and walk through the whole boat to go outside. Also, no view at all from our room. Just the canal wall.
