Liked: What really stands out to other hotels is the friendly staff, To sleep on a boat by itself is already a nice experience but the staff, the little restaurant and food all excellent

Disliked: It was strange to be asked for a deposit to be paid up-front when we had already paid the full price for the room in advance; made us feel as if we were teenagers on a binge weekend rather than a couple in our senior years.

Overpriced for what it is.

Liked: Good location and loved the Aussie Cafe nearby.
Disliked: Staff weren't that friendly and the room was overpriced for what we got really. We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it wasn't really what we expected to be honest.

Disliked: The walls are very thin and you can hear literally everything the neighbours do

Good location, but would never...

Liked: Location was good, very convenient.
Disliked: The air conditioner blew out moldy black chunks of dust, we had trouble breathing and could not sleep all night, there was black mold in the bathroom. The moldy dust blew onto our suitcases while we were out and all on the floor and shelves. The beds were very hard, the pillows were very lumpy. We paid for two nights, but left and found a different hotel for the second night.
