Liked: Hotel is clean and breakfast is really good
Disliked: No heating and we were cold. We slept with our pulovers and socks. Pillows are very soft and not comfortable. Heating is a big problem.,I think it is about energy saving

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Room was OK but decorations felt cheap. The floor was a bare floor that was quite cold. Heating system was noisy.

Counting the days to leave....

Liked: Only good thing is close to the station
Disliked: The rooms lack furniture, not a proper chair or beside table to put your things. A closet inexistent. There is no basic appliances like a kettle or minifridge. They barely clean the rooms. Breakfast its really basic, not real fruit and the it gets really crowded, the way its distributed also its really uncomfortable it feels like being in a market station. Overpriced due to Medica fair. Wont stay here again.

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, cold room which they didn't have any heater, they even didn't have staff to bring us blankets they told us come yourself to collect!!Your branch in Munich 100% better than this branch.
