Disliked: Our family stayed at H15 Hotel over New Year’s, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While our check-in was smooth and the room was comfortable, the service and amenities did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.Upon ordering room service on our first night, we were told after a long wait (over 45 minutes) that the hotel had run out of basic items like potatoes, despite having a restaurant on-site. The housekeeping was also inconsistent, often forgetting essential items like towels and toilet paper, and we even had to request a room cleaning mid-afternoon as they forgot to clean our room for the day.We also experienced issues with the room service menu, as items that were supposedly available turned out to be out of stock without notice. Finally, the service during our New Year’s Eve dinner was extremely poor, which was surprising given the quality of the food.Overall, our stay did not reflect the luxury or quality we anticipated. We hope the hotel can improve on these fronts in the future.
