Was expecting a better treatment,...
Liked: Good location. Good looking apartment.
Disliked: Smell in the master bathroom. Sewage issue? No Wi-Fi. Asked why. Staff told me some parts were ordered but not received. Really not my problem. Got offered a hot beverage at the bar. Ignored this weird proposition. Confusing lack of care given the price for the room.

Liked: Our second time here. Very helpful and flexible staff. Spacious room, delicious diner in the restaurant, rich breakfast. Located on relatively quiet street at walking distance from the centre and old town.

Liked: The hotel was clean, beautiful and modern. The rooms are very spacious and modernly equipped. I recommend going to the bar where the very pleasant bartender Aleksandr makes drinks. He is very kind guy.

Liked: Nice location on a quiet street, it’s pretty far from old town but it has still all needed facilities nearby - food, supermarkets, restaurants etc. and it takes around 20 min to Chopin airport. The room was nice and big. Pretty comfy in all aspects.
Disliked: Too long time to check out. Only one person does check out and when there are 5 people checking out at the same time in the morning it may take very long time, especially if all people want to pay for the room. I did already pay for my room but still couldn’t check out. When I asked why only one person is doing this the answer was “we have only 1 computer”. Seriously? You need at least 2 people at reception in busy morning hours. The room service with breakfast was awful - the person on the line in restaurant could not speak English and I had to order 2 times to get through the language barrier. In the end I didn’t get tea, but just a pot of hot water and some small portions of omelette. No vegetables etc.
