Suite junior was perfect

Liked: The staff was excellent, they were professional and attentive, also they had always a great attitude and a friendly vibe whenever we requested a service. We got there earlier than expected and they let us leave our luggage till our room was ready, so did happen when we did check out and we wanted to go get some lunch and visit some stores near by. The room was very clean and the jacuzzi was a plus to have a unique experience

Liked: Location, staff interaction like Ameena from HK at the arrival as well as Ciarra from FO & bellmen.
Disliked: Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve.

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. And the breakfast excellent.
Disliked: That the bathroom washbasin is in the bedroom not enclosed within the actual bathroom.

Liked: The location and comfort of the hotel are great. So is the service. Breakfast is good if choosing something from the kitchen rather than the buffet, which looked fine but not as good as a specially prepared dish.
Disliked: The design of the room made it very hard to enter the bathroom, because the door occupied almost the entire space to get in when opened, so the person has to squeeze in. Not for more than a day. This should've come to the attention of the hotel and should be fixed, for instance by replacing the door with a sliding one.Was given twin beds for a solo. While this is subject to availability it would have been better if at least they had put a double topper and double sized bedding to be able to use it as a big bed.
