Liked: The location it's great for my trip purposes. The facilities were great as well . I'm general it was a outstanding experience.
Disliked: If I have to say anything negative it was the internet speed and range.

Lovely staff, hotel would benefit...

Liked: Room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was great and the toiletries provided smelled lovely. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Food and drink reasonably priced for the centre of Madrid.
Disliked: Lack of sound-proofing in the hotel meant I had disturbed sleep every night (I stayed for 4 nights). The cleaning staff were very noisy when doing their rounds, including allowing doors to slam shut. Of the three elevators, only one was working consistently throughout the stay. The condition of the property is a little worn and would benefit from some upgrading - e.g. there were a few switches in the room that didn't do anything and there are no USB sockets for charging of electricals. Also no peepholes in the room doors so you don't know who you're opening the door to if someone knocks.

Liked: Another excellent stay. Great location for the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. Great staff and the housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room. I look forward to my next stay.
Disliked: Nothing.
