Lovely hotel a short walk...

Liked: The Classic Double room we reserved was very spacious with a lovely view over the city skyline. All staff were very helpful. The view from the skybar was glorious at any time of day for a snack or a drink. Breakfast was exceptional, in a wonderfully laid out restaurant with lots of hot and cold options to choose.. We wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Could have been better

Liked: Great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants in close walking distance, as well as the tube station being just 5 minutes away. Modern hotel, small but decent sized and clean rooms.
Disliked: The room was lovely and clean as was the hotel but the customer service was what let it down. . At check in, we got to the 11th floor to find the keys hadn’t been programmed. I went back down to let them know and the lady just took the keys off me, reprogrammed and handed them back with not a word spoken, which I found to be quite rude. We had booked the hotel the night before running the London half marathon so we deliberately planned a quiet night in. When we raised with reception that the TV wasn’t working and wouldn’t connect they told us maintenance had already left (even though we initially raised it two hours before they told us they’d gone home). After some back and forth they said they would see if there was another room with a working TV, then no one came back to us at all. We sat and waited for some time but with no further contact as promised, which was really disappointing and just poor customer service.

Would highly recommend.

Liked: Hotel was so clean. Staff very helpful. Shower and bed literally amazing. Fantastic location. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, great staff, great...

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable and very classy. Staff on reception were attentive and professional. Glass of cava on arrival was an added bonus! Room was lovely; clean, spacious and mini bar was good. Loved the location, around 10 minute walk to Waterloo station and Lower Marsh street.
