Liked: The location was good for us.
Disliked: All a bit disappointing this time: The check-in took forever. The lifts took even longer. The promised two free drinks in the bar, turned into one and I wasn't going to argue. I couldn't get onto the wifi for the first day and the reason? Because I was trying to login as a 'guest' and not a 'visitor'; silly me. Plus mean touches for a nice hotel, like no free bottles water in the room. Really?

Would come again but wouldn’t...

Liked: Loved the roof top bar and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I booked the city view room but was expecting the room advertised in the pictures.

Amazing hotel to stay at...

Liked: Everything was amazing and the staff were lovely and very helpful
Disliked: The room was lovely but smaller than what I expected it to be but other than that had a very lovely stay

Good Location, Nice Skybar but...

Liked: The location of the property was very handy, 8 minutes walk away from Waterloo Station and about 10 from Elephant and Castle Tube Station. We were going to Wembley so the closeness to Waterloo station was very handy. The Skybar is lovely and we did manage to have a quick trip up there during our stay. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and bright.
Disliked: The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working and alongside this we spotted numerous silverfish in our bathroom which is a sign of unhygienic conditions. This was mentioned to staff at reception who took a note of it but didn’t manage to say we are sorry about this or take any accountability. The hotel is great location wise but this just let it down slightly. The price was reasonable when you consider we are in London however it still didn’t meet the expectations of facilities and cleanliness you would expect from a 4* Hotel.

Very pleasant city break

Liked: We appreciated a lot the birthday package.We appreciated the bathroom in general and the warm/hot water very promptly arriving. We liked the large single bed and most other things in the room.The personnel were very welcoming and attentive.All in all, it was the first time but not the last time in this hotel.
Disliked: The room was a bit small
