Luxurious stay in the heart...

Liked: Drink on arrival was a lovely touch. We also found the sky bar very impressive!
Disliked: Didn’t give it a 10 because we didn’t try the restaurant or have breakfast but liked the facilities we used.

An excellent hotel with very...

Liked: mThe staff were fantastic, we were given a complimentary drink at check-in and the concierge looked after our bags all day after check-out. This is a very nice hotel in a great central location of London.
Disliked: The only negative I can think of is that there was a locked door to the adjoining room that let sound through so we could hear neighbouring guests talking in the morning.
