A comfortable stay and welcoming...

Liked: Really friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good location close to several bus stops and tube stations. Atmospheric and classy bar/lounge area.
Disliked: Some signs of wear and tear in the room and bathroom. Not so clear how to control the temperature in the room.

Liked: Great location as a short walk from Waterloo. Lovely, helpful and friendly reception staff. Great value for money.
Disliked: We found it a little noisy during the night. It felt like the windows weren’t double glazed.

Liked: Friendly staff! Amazing room! Staff Always ready to help
Disliked: A bit hot, but everything else was amazing. I think if you ask someone to help you with the temperature, they will be happy to do it for you
