Very good
Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the size of the room was great, especially having 3 people. We also loved the balcony! We did find the Rooftop hours to be a bit confusing, but that was not something that effected our trip. The only issue that everyone in our party had an issue with the comfortability with the beds, they were all extremely hard.

Liked: A lovely hotel in a great location. The roof top bar is fabulous but quite small so tables are limited. Breakfast is fantastic but the arrangement for tea and coffee is quite hopeless. Otherwise, thoroughly recommend.

Liked: The suite room was very stylish and clean. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax after a long day.
Disliked: The hot breakfast was small and the coffee machine temperamental. Breakfast service was not as good as it should be. One day we were left sitting for almost an hour before our breakfast arrived, despite being first into the dining room. We had to alter our plans for the day as a result. I complained at the time and at reception but there was no explanation or follow up. I know things can go wrong, but its how these problems are dealt with that count. For a hotel that prides itself on customer service, and charges accordingly, this was badly done. This spoilt our stay.
