Comfortable clean and cute decor...

Liked: We were close to many sites and loved the lovely rooftop patio pool and restaurant.
Disliked: Smaller older elevators than expected. But there were two so it was ok.

Liked: Clean , comfortable , good location , loved the terrace bar and restaurant

Very dissappointing considering the price...

Liked: The place was modern and updated. The breakfast was very good. And many choices.The service was generally good particularly at the restaurants.
Disliked: There was no or too slow to use internet!the room 106 basically had none at all.the lobby's had very slow internet (< 5.0 MBS) . I registered my complaint with the desk several times. but never was resolved.

Liked: Room was large, nothing fancy though. Bed comforts are subjective little too hard for our seventies bodies
Disliked: Internet was horrible couldn’t get signal in our room second floor. Wife had to work. Had to stay around lobby or breakfast area. These days we wouldn’t stay here again and questionable staying at other H-10 hotels for that reason. We got there at 1300 hours forgetting about us until 1630 for our room. Very apologetic comped us breakfast

Liked: The location of the hotel was great, on the edge of the gothic quarter. The room was a very good size and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about this hotel.
