A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and staff were very attentive. The rooms were a good size and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Bathroom was well laid out with a good size bath and the shower had strong water pressure. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Berlin, the location was fantastic. Very close to shops, restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk to the train station.
Disliked: I can't think of anything bad about this stay, fantastic hotel!

It was not a stay...

Liked: It was near city center
Disliked: Check in: Receptionists were with blank expressions only gave us room cards and no further information. Reception is far from entrance, you have to go through 2 small flights of stairs, with luggage and kids there was no help to drag luggage on weird carpets. We booked the room for 3 persons which should include a double bed for adults and small bed for kid. Hotel staff decided to make their own double bed. They joined 2 small metal beds with wheels to make a double bed and beds were keep moving apart from each other. They put the thin mattresses which were very soft and not comfortable at all. All around the world guests in 4 star hotels greeted with small water bottles but not here you have to pay 3.5 euro for one glass of mineral water it was included in minibar list. We booked a room TV and they put the TV on far left side of wall in a corner not facing towards bed. Toilet papers were rough and hard. A room booked with kid has a teeny tiny dustbin in toilet which only can have one diaper so you have to go out to throw pampers.
