Old. Crap. Not Mantained. Unprofessional.

Liked: NOTHING! Avoid.I wish I could give below zero star rate.
Disliked: After I requested a refund because the Atrium Room we booked was completely different from the pictures shown, they disappeared without replying to Booking.com or me. They didn't provide any constructive or positive solution to amend their misleading advertising.You will pay as a luxury hotel but won't receive what you have paid for.Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!The rooms are crapped and falling apart. It is old, not maintained and below a 2-star hotel standard.

Great stay in Barcelona -...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Great products in room, clean and comfy bed. Location close to nice restaurants.
Disliked: A bit on the small side for three people.

Beautiful hotel and very kind...

Liked: Very beautiful decor and pretty breakfast room. The staff were so kind. Room itself is cute and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately my room was street side and very noisy at the weekend. This is because there are a lot of restaurants and bars on the same road. People shouting at 2 or 3am. I know this isn't the hotel's fault and everything else is perfect.

Exceptional gem you won’t regret...

Liked: A gem of a hotel! Almost worried to make it too popular with an excellent review! Firstly it’s in a quiet street and my room had an inner balcony overlooking an inner gardens courtyard, so relaxing! Super clean and amazing helpful staff and lovely south facing roof pool and gym. Food great too really do not hesitate to book rooms are generous size bathroom products lovely and even a kettle on request! Excellent heating and air con too felt very safe as female travelling alone! Felt 5 star to me in terms of service and has beautiful courtyard garden too!
Disliked: Nothing!
