Great stay!

Liked: We really enjoyed staying at the Paloma. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Although people are concerned about the neighborhood, we enjoyed the area and felt safe. We would stay at the Paloma Boutique again if in Barcelona.

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location is interesting however close to a night club which can give the feeling that the night is unsure. We had a courtyard room so it was calm.The staff was polite and helpful with the luggage in the morning even though our booking starting at 3pm.
Disliked: Small elevator.

Exceptional

Liked: had an amazing stay at this hotel! They allowed me to check in early at 12 PM instead of 3 PM and even let me check out later, which was very much appreciated. The receptionist, Giada, was incredibly kind and helpful. I also loved that there was always water, fruit, coffee, and juice available at the reception.The location is perfect—right in the city center but still very quiet. The room itself was cozy, stylish, and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay

Liked: location is perfect! super trendy area less touristy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Would stay again!
Disliked: kettle in the room/netflix on tv

Very good

Liked: The room was clean and of good enough size. Toilet was a separate room, but bathroom had bathtub separated from the bed room by transparent glass only (no issue for a solo traveller). Toothbrush, paste, shaving cream and a razor were also provided. Given the price and star rating, the hotel facility was excellent. Above all, staff members were very friendly and ready to help immediately. I had arrived hotel after 12:00 at night for check in, but the front-desk staff was so smilling guy that his friendly behavior made me feel home.
Disliked: Negative side of hotel was its location in a narrow street, making it difficult to find the entrance.
