Liked: The stuff was very friendly and helpful . Special thanks to the cleaning ladies . They cleaned and changed the towels and the bedsheets every day.
Disliked: The location of the hotel was in a very strange neighbourhood.

Disliked: There was a small issue with the heater and the room was quite cold

Decent hotel on a bad...

Liked: The room in itself is pretty nice and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and helped us to switch to a better room. It is conveniently located within 20 minutes walk from Las Ramblas.
Disliked: The hotel is located on a street that feels unsafe, its always homeless/junkies standing below the facility or sleeping and peeing on the street. The windows doesn't insulate any noise from the outside. Especially if you have a room towards the street. We were waken up by sounds like shouting and fighting outside during the night (next night we fortunately got a room without street exposure). The beds were soft and saggy.

Liked: The hotel is quite suitable for a few nights stay in the center of Barcelona. The bed was very large and comfortable for a sleep! the staff was very friendly and ready to help

Poor

Liked: Fairly clean bedding. Staff is nice and somehow helpful. Location is close to stations and tourist attractions.
Disliked: We cannot cope with the heat from centralised ventilations so had to open the window. But our room faces this doggy street with homeless, drug addicts and people constantly chatting loudly from 11pm to early morning. Ear plugs are essential.

If we will go back...

Liked: I like the property because it’s near at the center.
Disliked: Just noise outside.
