Exceptional
Liked: The size of the room was amazing. The Spa bath 10/10
Disliked: That when at time of booking I requested a late check-out and got the response that 1pm was our normal time of checkout then get there and confirm this and was told no it's 12, but he gave me the 1pm checkout. Get to 12md and had a missed call from hotel as we hadn't checked out at 12. Rang them back and discussed the conversation had with staff member who checked me in who has left NO notes about this and also the message when booked room, I understand that late check-outs are upon request and depending on availability hence why I had messaged at time of booking. Was made to feel like we were being pushed out of the room and were an inconvenience to the Hotel so I packed up everything and checked out early. This will reflect my decision in the future about using Courtyard by Marriott, or even referring them to family and friends. Also no room service or Restaurant available on Weekends. This hotel was recommended to me as amazing so far the room was amazing but everything else wasn't impressed

Best to choose a different...
Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: First, there was no food or beverage service available on the weekends, not a positive for a traveler from out of the area. Secondly, on the Monday morning after no services on the weekend I went for breakfast at 8:30 AM and was told no eggs were available, though most breakfast menu items included eggs. Very poor representation of a Marriott Courtyard. I mentioned this to the reception staff who told me a manager was not available and she gave me the manager’s card. I should have not had to make this contact but the manager should have reached out to me. Poor customer relations!
