Very good
Liked: Nice clean rooms with good furniture. Good service. Perfect place for big tourist groups and for conferences.
Disliked: i was without car but with heavy bag. it was difficult to get to the hotel (the buses one time per hour, not every hour i don't count)

I was forced to have...
Disliked: I had such a bad experience with the hotel that I am unable to say anything positive any more. We checked into the hotel at around 4pm. Since breakfast wasn't included in our booking, the front desk offered to add it for an extra 75 euros. We agreed, and the amount was promptly deducted from my card. However, about 10 minutes later, I realized we wouldn't have time to enjoy breakfast, and it would be too expensive. Therefore, I returned to the front desk to request a refund. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that a refund was not possible because the payment has already been processed. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, it became clear that the hotel had no intention of returning my money.I called booking.com for assistance, but even they couldn't get a response from the hotel at all. The next morning, we had no choice but to eat breakfast at the hotel. When I returned home, I filed a complaint with booking.com about the hotel's handling of the situation, but the hotel never provided a satisfactory explanation. They repeatedly claimed that the hotel couldn't issue a refund to a debit card. This is their only excuse, and it is simply unacceptable. Regardless of technology or their cash availability, they should have found a way to accommodate us. As customers, we have the right to a refund when plans change within a reasonable timeframe - in this case, 10 minutes. The practice of the hotel is clearly in violation of consumer rights. I'm extremely frustrated with this hotel, especially since I've been a regular guest for the past ten years. Their short-sightedness over a mere 75 euros is astonishing. I feel that I was being robbed by the hotel. This is the last time I would stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, great people!
Liked: The hotel is extremely comfortable; something we did not expect when we booked it. Personell is very nice and respectfull. Beds are fantastic. We travelled with our 2 dogs, who got their own mattrasses and some nice food. 2 types of restaurants that serve good food
Disliked: Nothing; to the hotel -> do not be to modest with your marketing / promotion
