Disliked: Breakfast was extremely poor... Coffee with powdered milk from a paper cup is NOT what I want in the morning... And very limited food choices... plastic knives of such poor quality they bend when spreading jam is quite amazing (and overall environmentally pretty irresponsible).

Liked: Great Hotel Staff. Great bar and restaurant. Very comfortable room. Can't praise the Hotel enough. .I was forced to stay in LA after flight to Heathrow was cancelled due to Heathrow fire. Hotel was a lifeline, and went the extra mile..
Disliked: Nothing all Great.
