Liked: Really close to airport and fantastic shuttle service at odd hours

Great comfortable stay

Liked: Great convenient location next to LAX airport, with a free shuttle that comes along every 20min or so. Got given late check out (an extra 2hrs) for free by signing up to their perks scheme. The beds were super comfortable, the best rest I had in a while. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were really helpful in aiding me to retrieve something that had fallen down the sink pipe. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. We also had to change the dates our booking, which they accommodated for us, only charging us some extra for the difference between the room rates for the new dates.
Disliked: We didn’t like being woken early at 9am by housekeeping knocking on our door. Granted, we hadn’t thought to put up a “do not disturb” sign but still, rather early to be coming around waking people up, in my opinion. Especially as we had arranged a 1pm check out and had planned to sleep in.We also received a charge of $13.59 to our card that was not refunded from the security deposit - we have no idea what this is for, no charges were mentioned to us on checking out. I have messaged the hotel on this platform and also tried calling, but have received no reply, so I guess we will never know what the charge was for but it’s not a significant enough amount for me to worry too much about it.

Liked: I was able to check in early and they had room ready for me It's close to the airport and shuttle busses are also ready and available to use.
Disliked: The bed was big enough for me (1.84cm/ 6+ft) although the sheets were a little small for me (that's what I experience in every hotel though. I wasn able to get WiFi on my phone, however that might've been a phone issue and not a hotel issue.And last I had some issues with the TV remote. These were just minor issues and didn't affect my sleep

Close to LAX and very...

Liked: location close to airport was what we were looking for. Ability to leave luggage after checkout was critical for us.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: The room exceeded our expectations. Very close to the airport, very convenient shuttle service that ran frequently.
Disliked: The breakfast in the waypoint kitchen was unspectacular. (The service at breakfast was very good, no problem at all with our server or speed of delivery of our food...similarly spectacular as the room and desk staff were).However... One of my pieces of toast was not the kind of bread I ordered...I figured that maybe the kitchen had run out of Sourdough and had substituted rye bread. I would have appreciated a heads up on this as I cannot stand caraway seeds. I also would have appreciated other jam options in addition to grape jelly. (Our entire jam carousel was filled with only grape jelly). I do realize these are very nit-picky comments , but thought you would appreciate the 'constructive criticism' tone of the comment considering how really spectacular everything else was. In all it was a great one-night stay to finish off a wonderful holiday we had been on for the previous 10 days. Thanks H Hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend you to our friends!
