Well located and peaceful property...

Liked: The property is well located as we were visiting a local winery. It’s well laid out and vey peaceful but had the following issues:The sink was blocked and had to take out the stuff blocking the flow as seen in the photos. Also the AC was on some kind of timer as a result middle of the night it turned off effecting our sleep.

Great location but a little...

Liked: Great location in the heart of the Hunter. Comfy bed. If you aren’t looking for boutique accommodation and just want a place to rest your head this is fine.
Disliked: It is a little tired. The fan in the bathroom and the fridge were quite noisy. There is no control for the aircon so it is either on or off. They don’t have wifi (the listing doesn’t say they do but I didn’t check and imagine many people don’t).

Disliked: Room looked like poor home renovation. Vanity and toilet were loose from wall. Lounge was in a narrow pathway to bathroom. Empty body wash in shower. Stepdown to bathroom was not highlighted. Water from shower flowed into vanity area
