Staff was great to communicate...

Liked: Both the bed and location was really good
Disliked: Bathroom, shower was filthy, full of mould. Bathroom had a bad smell. Aircon and fan was too noisy, had a pile of water in front of the bar fridge. Room wasn’t the one i booked, false advertisement.

For the price it was...

Liked: Location, kitchenette
Disliked: Fan only had high speed so couldn’t be used when sleeping and when we asked about it they didn’t offer for us to change rooms even though the place wasn’t full, they just gave us a bottle of wine and said sorry. Crockery and cutlery were minimal, only had 1 bowl for 2 people, body wash in shower was empty so we had to ask them to refill it
